TWVC Participates in July 2024 Road Safety Forum, Sharing Tech-Driven Practical Safety Initiatives

In July 2024, we participated in a public welfare forum focused on corporate responsibility and road safety. The discussion centered less on recognition and more on practical questions: how technology companies can reduce real-world risk through design.

We shared ongoing efforts such as the X2 riding headset donation program and safety awareness initiatives, along with lessons drawn from rider feedback. A recurring theme was that safety improvements often come from small design decisions, such as reducing manual interaction or simplifying setup processes.

Participants discussed how safety-oriented design choices influence rider behavior over time, especially in high-frequency use cases like commuting and delivery riding.

The recognition we received reflected alignment with these shared values rather than a single initiative. More importantly, it reinforced an internal principle we continue to follow: safety and responsibility are ongoing design constraints, not one-time actions.
